2018 Demo Day Information

Preliminary Agenda for 2018 Demo Day:

Teams will be scheduled for 1 1/2 hour slots on a staggered hourly start.  Access the field as available.  If there is a conflict for field access, teams on their 1st hour will have priority. 

We will make some team assistance available for robot design and part fabrication if your team is completely stuck.  Bring your materials and ideas, and we’ll help you work on getting a moving robot by Game Day.

 

Remember your deadlines, like Notebooks due absolutely no later than 4 PM on the specified date.

 

Also—if you are a BEST Award contender (UIL or not), please consider scheduling your Game Day Marketing Presentation for Friday evening (10/19).  That frees your team up for Saturday, and helps our planning schedule for ~25 presentations.  A signup sheet will be available at Demo Day, or email Jon Spangler your preference.  Otherwise, we’ll do all we can to schedule a Game Day Saturday presentation during a break in your robot field schedule.
